柴油机连杆加工误差综合检测装置设计

【摘要】 介绍了一种柴油机连杆加工误差综合检测装置,它能对不同型号的连杆的尺寸、形状和位置精度进行高精度的自动检测。介绍了检测装置的结构,检测原理和检测方法,建立了评定各项误差的数学模型。由计算机程序软件按选定的误差评定方法对实时采集的数据进行分析处理,实现了连杆的中心距、平行度、垂直度、圆柱度误差的计算机辅助智能检测。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the comprehensive measurement equipment for process errors of diesel engine connecting rod, which can be used to measure the precision of the dimension, form and position of connecting rod of a variety of types with high precision automatically. The structures of measurement equipment, the testing method and principle are well discussed. Also, the mathematical model of various error evaluation methods is established. The data of timing acquisition is processed by a software system based on error evaluation methods so that the computer aided intelligent measurement of parallelism error, verticality error, cylindricity error and distance between centers of connecting rod has been realized.
