材料试验机抗折测试系统的研究
Designed of the testing anti-fracture system for material machine
【摘要】 为了在等载荷加载过程下测试金属材料及其合金材料室温状态的最大抗折强度,开发了一套试验机抗折测试系统。借助单片机技术、传感器技术、计算机技术、点阵图形液晶及交流电机伺服控制等技术,以手动或自动控制两种方式完成伺服电机的控制,实现了材料断裂试验的全过程。现场结果表明,抗折试验机测试系统达到了高精度材料试验的要求,具有可靠性高、成本低、使用方便和维护性好等优点,满足了工程需要。
【Abstract】 In order to realize the control of testing progress for the largest intensity of all kinds of material in the state of equal load, a new kind of testing system for material machine is presented. The system is developed by means of the technologies of electron, computer, single-chip microcomputer, servo system, communication and digital signal processing. It can realize the auto- controlling or manual test controller etc. From actual working we can make a conclusion that it is not only sampling design of system,but shorting the delay-time,improving the stability and reliability,preponderant than others in use and maintenance.
