【摘要】 提出了基于任意转角位置的渐开线齿轮齿面数学模型的齿根任一点局部应力的折截面法计算数学模型。运用该数学模型分析了刀尖圆弧半径对齿根应力及应力分布的影响。其计算结果将为渐开线齿轮设计、参数优化选择等提供参考数据,同时为齿根应力数值分析提供了新的数学模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the mathematical model of of involute gear at any rotary angle,this paper put forward the calculate mathematical model of any point on the root by fold section analytics,and realize the analysis of the effect of the corner radius on root stress of involute gear by apply this mathematical model。The result will offer reference data for design of involute gear and optimization of parameter choice,and offer new mathematical model for numerical analysis of root stress。更多还原
