【摘要】 阐述了构建烟机产品CAE平台的意义,提出了适合烟机产品CAE平台的建设方案。通过昆船集团烟机产品开发中应用CAE仿真技术的三个实例,计算了分片机的刚强度问题,模拟了HT槽体振动疲劳现象,分析了影响无动力烟箱输送机运动轨迹的各因素之间的相互关系。实践证明,应用CAE技术,可以迅速提升烟机产品品质。更多还原

【Abstract】 The significance of building CAE platform for tobacco equipment was discussed,and the scenario was put forward.Through three examples of applying CAE on technique products development in KSEC,the strength of detaching machine was computed,the vibration fatigue of HT groove was simulated,and the relationship of factors that affect the track of non-power tobacco container transportation was analyzed.As a result,applying CAE technique on tobacco equipment development can rapidly improve product’s quality.更多还原
