HT槽体结构动态响应仿真及疲劳分析
Dynamic Response Simulation and Fatigue Analysis for HT Groove
【摘要】 HT(隧道式回潮机)是烟草制丝线上主要设备之一。针对其槽体底板易开裂的问题,提出了结构整改方案;应用MSC系列软件,分别模拟了槽体结构整改前后在工作中的动态响应过程,在此基础上进行疲劳寿命分析。分析结果表明整改后的槽体能较好的满足使用要求。新的结构经过1年使用完好无损,说明仿真分析方法正确可行。
【Abstract】 HT is one of principle equipment on tobacco process line. Aiming at the fault of groove crack, the methods of structure improvement were presented. Applying MSC software, it′s dynamic response were simulated both before and after structure improvement. Based on the analysis, it′s fatigue life was predicted. The results showed that the improved structure can satisfy its onginal purpose. The improved grooves still keep undamaged after one year employment, therefore, the simulation methods in this paper can be proved to be efficient and feasible.
