单边椭圆柔性铰链的计算与性能分析
Design Calculation and Analysis of Half Elliptical Flexure Hinge
【摘要】 单边柔性铰链在要求结构尽可能紧凑的柔性机构中被采用。以力学卡氏第二定理和微积分为理论基础,推导了单边椭圆柔性铰链柔度和转动精度的闭环解析公式,得出结构参数对其柔度性能的影响关系,并通过与双边椭圆柔性铰链比较,分析了单边椭圆柔性铰链的转动能力、转动精度和对轴向载荷的影响等性能,利用有限元方法对柔性铰链的柔度公式进行校验,结果表明有限元与闭环解析式的偏差小于8%,为单边柔性铰链的工程设计提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Half elliptical flexure hinges are adopted in mechanisms where the compact structues are required. Based on the Castigliano’s second theorem and the calcalus, the closed-form analytic formules derived for the compliances and the ratational precision of half elliptical flexure hinge. A unitary compliance-based analysis is performed by means of two-dimensional geometric parameters. Compared to symmetric elliptical flexure hinge, the performance of flexure hinge can be evaluated in terms of flexibility, precision of centre of rotation and sensitivity to axial effects. Checked against finite elecment analysis, the modelpredictions are within 8% error margins. So some theoretic foundation for flexure hinges design is provided.
