肝组织中肝富集转录因子及其调控网络的研究进展
Liver-enriched transcription factors and their regulatory network of liver:research advances
【摘要】 肝脏是机体重要的实质性器官,肝富集转录因子及其相互作用构成的复杂调控网络精确地控制着肝脏的早期发育及其各项功能的发挥。目前依据其结构特征将肝富集转录因子分为7大家族,这里着重介绍这7类肝富集转录因子的结构特征、在肝组织中的生理功能及其调控网络的新进展。
【Abstract】 Liver is an important solid organ. A complex regulatory network consisted of the liver-enriched transcription factors and their combinatorial interactions controls accurately the liver early development and maintains the liver functions. Up to date, liver-enriched transcription factors are classified into seven families according to their domain features. Here we focus on the introduction of the new advances in research an their domain features, functions in liver and regulatory networks.
