【摘要】 提出一种基于数字水印且无须终端配合的网络侧权限管理方案,以解决目前移动多媒体业务的版权问题;同时根据权限描述也可提供丰富的商业模式和计费策略。在方案设计过程中考虑了将来向有终端支持的OMA DRM平滑过渡等问题。

【Abstract】 This paper proposed a digital right management scheme based on watermark.It didn’t need the cooperation from mobile terminals.The scheme not only resolved the copyright problems in mobile multimedia service,but also offered more business modes and charging strategies according to the rights expression.The scheme also considered the smooth transition problem to the future OMA DRM.
