基于Open-L系统的植物结构功能模型研究
Research on Functional-structural Plant Model Based on Open-L System
【摘要】 为了真实地模拟植物生长发育过程,引入了Open-L系统建模理论。在植物形态发生模型的基础上,根据植物生长时其形态与生理特性及环境之间的相互作用,构建了综合考虑植物结构与功能的虚拟植物模型,再根据该模型有效组织了植物生长过程中的数据信息,并建立植物生长的可视化流程。最后,开发一个原型系统验证了该模型的可行性和有效性。
【Abstract】 This paper introduced a modeling method with Open-L system to simulate the development of plant.Based on the previous structure model,after analyzing the morphology and physiology of plant and its environment,a virtual plant model considering its structure and function was constructed.The visualization algorithm had been offered according to the model,and datas related to the plant development have been organized reasonably.The present model had been proved in practice by developing a software,and demonstrated its feasibility and validity.
