【Abstract】 In this paper,from the basic composition of spatial autocorrelation,an index for spatial autocorrelation measurement of nominal scale data: auto-adjacency index is defined,which leads to the measurement of global and local spatial autocorrelation based on nominal scale,and the algorithm for calculation is realized in ArcView by Avenue procedure.An example is shown at last,from which the auto-adjacency index has played an important role in land using layout analysis.更多还原
