一种粒子模拟前处理系统的研究与设计
Research & implementation of a preprocessing system for particle simulation
【摘要】 根据大规模并行粒子模拟通用软件平台的需求,设计了相应的前处理系统,包括模拟边界条件处理和粒子生成两个部分。它不但可以完成平台粒子模拟的几何模型建模工作,而且还可以将用户的计算模拟区域,离散为以特定方式排布的填充粒子,实现连续模拟区域的颗粒离散化。前处理系统设计了一套完整的图形用户界面,加入非法输入的检测功能。该系统在拟颗粒粒子模拟计算中做过应用测试,结果表明本工作为粒子方法的推广和应用,提供一个实用的工具,在一定程度上实现了通用化,为大规模并行粒子模拟通用软件平台的计算部分,提供可靠的数据,有力地保证其正常运行。
【Abstract】 Base on need of General Software Platform for Large Scale Parallel Particle Simulation ( GSPLSPPS) , a novel preprocessing system which including boundary conditions processing and particle of simulation building were designed in this paper. The preprocessing system not only can complete geometric modeling of GSPLSPPS, but also can discrete modeling area of user and fill simulation particles by specifying method. The preprocessing system design a graphical user interface, validate error data of input. The preprocessing system is tested by a Pseudo Particle Simulation ( PPM) project of Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The results show that the preprocessing system is a useful and flexible tool in particle simulation system. In conclusion, the preprocessing system generates the initial data for the particle simulation computing and it plays a very important role in GSPLPPS.
