蒸馏装置实时监测与智能事故预报系统的开发研究

【摘要】 以INTEMOR软件为平台,针对炼油厂蒸馏装置开发了实时监测与智能事故预报系统,实现了数据通讯、数据仿真、基于专家私有知识的事故预报、实时监测多媒体显示,以及基于人工神经网络的质量预估软测量等功能。这一系统的建立,对实现安全生产,优化设备管理,提高生产效益具有重大意义本文对该系统的整体框架结构进行了阐述,着重介绍了基于私有知识的专家系统和基于人工神经网络的软测量两个重要组成部分,并提出了未来工作中研究重点和方向。

【Abstract】 A real-time monitoring and intelligent accident prevention system for petrochemical distillation device was presented in this paper. The system was implemented based on the INTEMOR development environment. It can provide the data communication, the data simulation, the prediction of petrochemical distillation device 350℃fraction based on RBF neural network, and the intelligent expert system based on private knowledge, as well as the on-line multimedia display system. It had profound significance to production security , device optimization and high production efficiency. The frame construction of the system was put forward, and the intelligent expert system and the prediction based on RBF neural network were emphasized. The research and development work of the system and the application prospects were discussed.
