【摘要】 目的:了解项目推广实施前江苏省娱乐场所性服务小姐(FSWs)中艾滋病知识、态度水平和安全套使用情况,为项目今后评估提供依据。方法:在苏南、苏中、苏北各选择2个县(市、区)为调查点,每个点随机抽取FSWs 250名进行问卷调查和标本采集,并对部分娱乐场所业主进行个人深入访谈。结果:FSWs艾滋病预防知识知晓率平均为77.1%,获得知识的最佳途径是通过电视和医务工作者宣传;最近一次安全套使用率,与客人平均为76.3%,与固定性伴平均为28.1%;实验室检测沙眼衣原体平均感染率22.2%。业主虽普遍支持本项目,但对真正实施抱有顾虑。结论:娱乐场所FSWs艾滋病知识态度的提高并不能完全促进其行为改变。应充分利用当前优越的艾滋病防治政策环境,确保各项干预措施落到实处。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To understand about AIDS knowledge,attitude and condom use among female sex workers(FSWs) at entertainment establishment before implementing expanding 100% condom use program in Jiangsu province as a base for program evaluation in the future.Methods: Qualitative and quantitative studies were used in the survey.Two counties(district) were selected separately in 3 areas where locate at southern,middle and northern Jiangsu province.Two hundred and fifty random samples of FSWs were surveyed with questionnaires and samples collection,some employers were interviewed deeply.Results: Rate of the awareness on AIDS knowledge was 77.1% in average.The good channels to obtain the knowledge were by TV and health workers’ education.The reporting condom use rate with the last sex contact with clients was 76.3%,and with fixed partners was 28.1% averagely.Laboratory test for Chlamydia infection rate was 22.2%.In general,employers were agreed with this program,however,they kept hesitation as implementation in practice.Conclusion: The increase of the awareness on AIDS knowledge may not really promote behavior changes among FSWs.Therefore,taking use of priority policy on preventing AIDS currently so as to ensure setting a side the implementation on feet.更多还原
