连铸板坯轻压下过程压下率理论模型及其分析

【摘要】 通过对连铸板坯的轻压下过程分析,导出了求解铸坯压下率的理论模型,并考察了不同拉速下板坯压下率的变化规律.结果表明,压下率在轻压下入口处最大,沿拉坯方向线性减少;拉速每增加0.2m/min,平均压下率减少约0.04mm/m;压下速率的取值范围不受拉速影响,最大值为0.36mm/min,最小值为0.22mm/min;压下速率沿拉坯方向呈线性减少,拉速越大,压下速率减少越慢;平均压下速率也不随拉速变化,保持定值0.29mm/min.

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of continuous casting slab soft reduction process,a theoretical model to solve soft reduction gradient was deduced,and the effect of casting speed on reduction gradient was investigated.The results show that the reduction gradient is the biggest at the entry of soft reduction zone,and decreases linearly along the strand.As the casting speed increased by 0.2m/min,the average reduction gradient decreased by 0.04mm/m.It seems that the casting speed has no effect on the range of reduction rate which changed linearly from 0.36 to 0.22mm/min,and the average reduction rate,which also is independent of casting speed,keeps the value of 0.29mm/min.
