原子氢和白点对车轮钢力学性能影响的进一步研究
FURTHER INVESTIGATION OF EFFECTS OF ATOMIC HYDROGEN AND FLAKES ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF WHEEL STEEL
【摘要】 研究了原子氢和白点对车轮钢冲击韧性和疲劳性能的影响.结果表明,可扩散氢浓度较低(C0≤0.7×10-6)时、氢对冲击韧性及疲劳性能没有影响,白点降低冲击韧性并且使冲击韧性值的波动范围增加;当可扩散氢浓度较高(C0≥2.5×10-6)时,氢能促进疲劳裂纹的形核和扩展,白点能增加疲劳裂纹扩展速率,并且使疲劳裂纹扩展速率发生明显的波动.
【Abstract】 The effects of hydrogen and flakes on impact toughness and fatigue properties of a wheel steel have been investigated.The results show that when the diffusible hydrogen concentration is low (C0≤0.7×10-6),atomic hydrogen has no effects on impact toughness and fatigue properties,the flakes decrease impact toughness and make it fluctuate;When the diffusible hydrogen concentration is high enough(C0≥2.5×10-6),atomic hydrogen can promote the initiation and growth of fatigue cracks,the flakes increase the fatigue crack growth rate and make it fluctuate.
