国内电子预印本系统现状及对策探索
Statue Quo and Development Strategies of E-print Archive in China
【摘要】 论文在介绍电子预印本的含义和国内外电子预印本系统现状的基础上,分析了我国电子预印本系统存在的问题并提出了发展策略。
【Abstract】 On the basis of introducing the meaning of E-print Archive and current situation of E-print Archive at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the problems of our E-print Archive,and proposes the development tactics.
