汽油装罐蒸发损耗的研究

【摘要】 建立汽油装罐蒸发损耗测试平台,测定装油口高度、装油速度u对油罐气体空间油气浓度、罐口排气量的影响,并计算出油罐装油排放气液比λ及损耗率η。实验结果表明,当u从0.512 mm/s到0.75 mm/s,高装油口装油时采样点T1油气浓度CT1从0.34 g/L到1.5 g/L,之后逐渐平缓;低装油口装油时,u对CT1影响不大,约为0.1 g/L。当u从0.557 mm/s到1.114mm/s时,高装油口装油时λ为1.53~1.80,低装油口装油时λ为1.13~1.30。当u从0.371 mm/s到1.114 mm/s时,高装油口装油时η为0.51‰~3.51‰,低装油口装油时η为0.27‰~0.31‰。对于未清洗油罐,如当罐内初始油气浓度为0.3 g/L时,高装油口装油时η为0.73‰~3.80‰,低装油口装油时η为0.40‰~0.47‰。实验结果可供生产实践作参考。

【Abstract】 An experimental system of evaporation loss in loading gasoline into a tank was built up to investigate gasoline vapor concentration of gas space inside the tank and the volumetric displacement of the vapor-air mixture from the tank affected by the location of gasoline exit inside the tank and the loading speed u,and the volumetric ratio λ of the displacement mixture gas to the loaded gasoline and the qualitative ratio η of the gasoline evaporation loss to the gasoline were calculated.The test result showed that with u from 0.512mm/s to 0.75mm/s,the vapor concentration CT1 from the sampling T1 rises from 0.34g/L to 1.5g/L and then slightly for high exit,but CT1≈0.1g/L for low exit;and that with u from 0.557mm/s to 1.114mm/s,λ is in 1.53-1.80 and 1.13-1.30 for high/low exit respectively;and that with u from 0.371mm/s to 1.114mm/s,η is in 0.51‰-3.51‰ and 0.27‰-0.31‰ for high/low exit respectively,but the η rises to 0.73‰-3.80‰ and 0.40‰-0.47‰ respectively in gasoline loaded into the "uncleaned" tank with initial vapor concentration 0.3g/L in the tank gas space.The result can provide base references and guides for the enterprise manager.
