桦木提取液的利用研究

【摘要】 桦木加碱蒸煮得到提取液,采用膜电解工艺回收部分碱,然后对除碱液进行脱木质素后,经浓缩、喷雾干燥得到焦糖色素产品;对该产品进行性能测试,同时在不同pH下,考察其色率和红色指数的变化。结果表明:通过膜电解4~5 h,可以回收70%以上的碱;焦糖色素的色率随pH的增大而增大,色率最大相差3.5万个EBC单位,但pH=3.0~7.5时,色率均符合国家标准,红色指数随pH的增大而减小,红色指数最大相差1.78。自制焦糖色素产品性能符合国家标准。

【Abstract】 The material partly recovered alkali with a membrane-electrolysis,which is extracted from birch by adding alkali and steam-digestion.Then treatments were carried out to recover alkali liquid,remove the lignin,condense and spray drying process to obtain caramel pigment.As a result,alkali was recovered over 70% by membrane-electrolysis about 4-5h.For caramel pigment with pH value increasing,the change of color ratio rising,too,and the biggest Dvalue of color ratio was 35 thousand EBC.But to pH value in the range of 3.0-7.5,color ratio met the national standard,so obtained caramel could adapt better.However,red index decreased with pH value increasing,and the biggest D-value was 1.78.The quality of prepared caramel colorant met the national standard.
