轴快流CO2激光器的气压信号处理
The Application on PLC Control System of Fast Axial Flow CO2 Laser
【摘要】 研究轴快流激光器气体流动的特性,以及气压信号的相关的硬件电路和控制程序,所编写的控制程序程序进一步提高了激光器系统的稳定性和操作性。可编程序逻辑控制器应用于轴快流CO2激光器上有着良好的实用性。
【Abstract】 A PLC control system for high power Fast Axial Flow（FAF） CO2 Laser is introduced in this article for gas pressure. The study of control programs focuses on the analog parameters of gas pressure. The hareware and the PLC software are simple and credibility applied to gas pressure of FAF CO2 Laser.
