【摘要】 指岀最近宜万铁路野三关隧道于2007年8月5日发生特大突水突泥事故,其实早在04年5月在铁道部的指示之下,在成都曾召开过铁道部历史上第一次的隧道风险评估会议。在会中提出了突水突泥是野三关隧道的最大风险。这正说明,工程风险评估的必要性,也提出评估后风险管理的重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tremendous water and soil burst accident happened on August 5th,2007 at Yesanguan tunnel(L=13.8 km) of Yichang～Wanzhou railway.Three years ago,under the instruction of MOR,a conference on tunnel risk assessment inprecedented in Chinese railway history was held in Chengdu.In the conference,experts pointed out that water and soil burst is the most serious risks of Yesanguan tunnel.The accident proves that project risk assessment is of great necessity and that the risk management until the end of the project should be raised.更多还原
