离心机转鼓冲蚀磨损破坏失效分析
Failure Analysis on Erosion Wear of Turning Drum in a Centrifugal Machine
【摘要】 利用金相显微镜及电子探针显微分析仪(EPMA)等设备对0Cr17Ni12Mo2不锈钢离心机转鼓的冲蚀磨损破坏进行了分析。结果表明,不锈钢中存在的大量富Cr、Mo第二相和TiN、TiS夹杂物是引起不锈钢冲蚀磨损的主要原因。
【Abstract】 The erosion wear of a turning drum in centrifugal machine was analyzed with optical microscopy and electron probe micro-analyzer(EPMA).The results show that there are many second Cr(Mo)-rich phases and TiN and TiS inclusions in the steel,which result in the erosion wear of the turning drum.
