电热爆炸喷涂法制备Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y合金粘结层的氧化行为
Oxidation Behavior of Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y Alloy Bond Coating Prepared by Electron Thermal Explosion
【摘要】 采用电热爆炸喷涂法在DZ125合金表面制备了Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y合金粘结层,利用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对所制备的粘结层进行了分析。结果表明,所制备的粘结层与基体结合良好,晶粒细小。粘结层在1050℃热循环后其表面生成了致密的Al2O3氧化层,起到了保护基体的作用。试验结果表明,采用电热爆炸喷涂法能够顺利制备Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y合金涂层。
【Abstract】 Conventional Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y alloy bond coating was produced by electron thermal explosion on DZ125 superalloy.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) was employed to study the microstructure of the coating and X-ray diffraction was used to analysis phase of the coating.The results show that the interfacial adhesion between the bond coat and substrate is fine and the grains are refined in the bond coating.The oxide layer with Al2O3 is formed at the surface of bond coating after thermal cyclic at 1 050℃ in air and it can protect the substrate.Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y alloy bond coating can be prepared successfully by electron thermal explosion.
