腐蚀料浆环境下单相与双相合金衬板钢冲击磨损性能对比
Comparison of Impact Abrasion Characters for Single-phase and Dual-phase Liner Steel in Corrosive Slurry
【摘要】 利用MLDF-10冲击腐蚀磨损试验机研究了单相马氏体的Cr-Ni-Mo系合金衬板钢和马氏体+珠光体双相Cr-Ni-Mo系合金衬板钢在腐蚀环境下的冲击磨损性能。结果表明,在3.0 J冲击功作用下,pH值为2.5,矿石颗粒莫氏硬度为9,颗粒尺寸为1.7~3.5 mm的铁矿石矿浆中,单相合金衬板钢较双相合金衬板钢耐冲击磨损性能更好。在腐蚀环境下单相Cr-Ni-Mo合金衬板钢的冲击磨损机制初期为浅层疲劳剥落和腐蚀,长时间磨损后则以块状剥落为主;而双相Cr-Ni-Mo合金衬板钢的冲击磨损机制初期为块状剥落和腐蚀,长时间磨损后则以深层的块状剥落为主。
【Abstract】 The impact-abrasion characters of single-phase martensitic Cr-Ni-Mo liner steel and dual-phase Cr-Ni-Mo liner steel with phase composition of martensite and perlite were studied in corrosive condition by means of MLDF-10 impact-corrosion-abrasion tester.The test was carried out in the iron ore slurry with pH value of 2.5,hardness of iron-ore particles of 9 on Moh′s scale,particles size of 1.7~3.5 mm and impact energy of 3.0 J.The results show that the single-phase martensitic steel has higher impact abrasion resistance than that of the dual phase steel with martensite and perlite.The impact-abrasion mechanism of the former is shallow layer fatigue flake and corrosion in the early stage,and is mainly the blocky spalling after a long-time wearing.For the dual-phase Cr-Ni-Mo liner steel,the mechanism is blocky spalling and corrosion in early stage and is deeper massive spalling after a long-time wear.
