飞轮解体的失效分析

【摘要】 对一起典型飞轮解体进行了失效分析。分析了飞轮化学成分,断口的形貌,飞轮和皮带轮连接螺栓非金属夹杂物及组织。测定了飞轮硬度、抗拉强度及弯曲强度等力学性能,并进行了飞轮基体组织分析及评级。根据飞轮解体时的运动学及动力学分析,对飞轮的强度进行了校核,确定了飞轮几个截面的危险程度。

【Abstract】 The factors which lead to the failure of a typical flywheel were analyzed.Chemical composition and fracture surface morphology of flywheel,non-metallic inclusion and microstructure of joint screws of the flywheel and strap wheel were investigated.The hardness,tensile strength and bend strength of the flywheel were measured while the matrix microstructures of the flywheel were investigated and graded.According to the analysis on the kinematics and dynamics of the flywheel as it was disintegrated,the strength of the flywheel was examined and security grade of several cross-section of the flywheel were determined.
