表面铝含量对渗铝Q235钢组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 用粉末渗铝法在Q235钢表面上获得了不同铝含量的渗铝层,并对其表面组织和性能进行了分析。结果表明,当表面铝含量为2.6%时,试样表面未形成连续的渗铝层;当铝含量≥4.4%时,表面均形成了连续的渗铝层。当表面铝含量≤4.4%时,试样表面仅由含铝的α相固溶体组成;而含铝量达到36.2%时,表面由α相固溶体与AlFe相组成。随着表面铝含量的增加,试样的硬度和抗高温氧化性能增加。当表面铝含量为2.6%时,其抗高温氧化性能仍比不含铝的高;而当铝含量为51.2%时,其抗高温氧化性能与1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢相同。

【Abstract】 A powder aluminizing technique was used to fabricate the aluminizing layers on the surface of Q235 steel.The microstructures and properties of the aluminizing Q235 steel were studied.The results show that the continuous aluminizing layer can not be formed on the aluminizing surface with 2.6% aluminum content,but continuous aluminizing layer exists when aluminum content is 4.4% or more.The aluminizing surface with aluminum content of 4.4% or less is only consisted of α phase,and the surface with 36.2% is composed of α and AlFe phase.Hardness and high temperature oxidation resistance increase with increase in aluminum content on the aluminizing surface.The high temperature oxidation resistance of the specimen with 2.6% aluminum content on aluminizing surface is superior to that of pure Q235 steel,while the one with 51.2% aluminum is the same as that of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.
