40Cr钢外圆磨削表面淬硬层的组织
Microstructures of Surface Hardened Layer in Cylindrical Grinding 40Cr Steel
【摘要】 研究了外圆磨削淬硬试验中磨削用量对表面淬硬层组织的影响。结果表明,磨削深度ap=0.2 mm时,外圆磨削淬硬件表层局部存在未淬硬区;磨削深度ap>0.2 mm时,由于砂轮切入和切出时磨削热的作用,表面淬硬层局部存在回火区。淬硬区和回火区具有相同的显微硬度分布规律,但各区的最高硬度值随着该区组织的不同而异。在实际应用中,通过合理组合磨削深度ap和进给速度vw,可获得满意的外圆磨削表面淬硬层。
【Abstract】 The influences of the grinding parameters on microstructures of surface hardened layer of the cylindrical grinding-hardening test were studied.The results show that when grinding depth ap=0.2 mm,the unhardened area in cylindrical grinding hardened workpiece is in existence.When ap>0.2 mm,there is a tempered area in cylindrical grinding hardened workpiece due to the action of grinding heat during cut-enter and cut-out of grinding wheel.There are the same microhardness distribution law in hardened area and tempered area,but with different microstructures,the high hardness value is various.In the practical application,the satisfactory cylindrical grinding hardened layer can be obtained through reasonable combination of apand vw.
