【摘要】 采用PCR-RFLP技术,对250只新扬州鸡的胰岛素样生长因子-1基因(IGF-1)的5′端调控区进行遗传多态性研究,发现该调控区的PCR扩增产物经酶切后出现CC、CD和DD 3种基因型。经χ~2检验,新扬州鸡在Hinf I位点上处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态(P>0.05)。分析基因型与产蛋性状的关系时发现,CC型50周产蛋数显著高于CD型(P<0.05),且3种基因型在30、40、50、60周产蛋数上呈CC>DD>CD的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the relationship between IGF-1 genotypes and egg producting trait,the genetic varia- tion of the 5’ no coding region of 1GF-1 gene had been detected in 250 New Yangzhou chickens by means of PCR-RFLP, and three genotypes(CC,DD and CD)were identified in the basis of polymorphism of the PCR products cut by PsiⅠre- striction enzyme.By chis square test,it showed that new Yangzhou chickens had been in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium at HinfⅠsite(P>0.05).The relationship between IGF-1 genotypes and egg producing trait was observed,the results showed CC genotype had significant difference with CD genotype in egg production of New Yangzhou chicken in 50 weeks (P<0.05).In addition,there was a trend that CC genotype had higher egg production than DD genotype and DD geno- type had higher egg production than CD genotype in 30,40,50 and 60 weeks.更多还原
