【摘要】 研究骨疏康含药血清对鸡胚成骨细胞的增殖和AKP活性的影响。ISA蛋鸡口服骨疏康后1 h、3 h、5 h采血制备血清,分别加入到鸡胚成骨细胞中,培养24 h、48 h时分别用MTT法和PNPP法检测成骨细胞的增殖率和AKP活性。结果显示,与对照组(仅给生理盐水)比较,骨疏康含药血清可促进成骨细胞的增殖和AKP的分泌,给药5 h采集的骨疏康含药血清作用最佳。表明骨疏康有利于成骨细胞的增殖、分化并提高活性,促进骨形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gushukang is a Chinese traditional medicine developed for prevention and control of cage layer osteoporosis(CLO).After orally received Gushukang for 1 h,3 h and 5 h,ISA layers serum were collected and were added to the osteoblasts culture solution of chicken embryo, respectively.MTT and PNPP methods were made to assay the proliferation and activity of osteoblasts after 24 h and 48 h culturing.The results revealed that Gushukang serum stimulated the proliferation of osteoblasts and activities of alkaline phosphatase,compared with the control(saline treatment).The effects of the serum went to the best after Gushukang was received for 5 h.It was reflected that Gushukang could stimulate proliferation,differentiation and activity of osteoblasts,accelerating bone formation.更多还原
