洋水仙离体组织培养快速繁育技术的研究
Study on the tissue culture and rapid propagation of Narcissus L.cv.Pink Charm
【摘要】 以洋水仙品种Pink Charm为试验材料,研究了洋水仙的组织培养技术,优选出最佳的芽诱导培养基MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA1.0 mg/L,继代培养基MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA1.0 mg/L,最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+6-BA0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L。
【Abstract】 The young leaves of Narcissus L.cv.Pink Charm were cultured in vitro to develop rapid propagation technology.The experimental result showed that the optimal medium was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L for differentiation of rosette buds,MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L for proliferation,1/2 MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L for induction of roots.
