【摘要】 茶油是世界上最优质的木本食用油。中国是茶油的主产国,油茶分布广、面积大、经营历史悠久。提高油茶林的经营水平和产品质量有着广阔的前景和巨大的潜力。介绍了我国在油茶良种选育、良种繁育技术、丰产稳产栽培技术、低产林改造等领域取得的研究成果及进展,对茶油的加工以及综合利用的研究作了引述;分析了油茶技术研究和产业发展过程中存在的主要问题;据此论述了我国油茶发展的技术研究和产业战略对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tea seed oil is a kind of woody edible oil with most excellent quality in the world,which is produced primarily in China who has long planting history of Camellia Oleifera Abel with broad distribution and wide area.Thus,there are expansive prospect and enormous potential to improve the Camellia Oleifera Abel management and products quality.The paper discusses the technical study and industrial strategy for Camellia Oleifera Abel development in our country on the basis of introducing the research findings and progress of Camellia Oleifera Abel in the field of superior seed selection,superior seed breeding technology,cultivating technology for high or steady yield,low yield woods alteration etc.,together with quoting the production and comprehensive utilization research of tea seed oil,analyzing the main problems relative to the Camellia Oleifera Abel technical study and industrial development.更多还原
