【Abstract】 The kidney tissue of Hemibarbus maculates was used to prepare the Karyotype analysis.The procedure of preparing the chromosome was injection cochine,low-seeping-handled,fire-drying techniques,and then making the specimen of chromosome and analyzing the numbers of chromosome and kargotype.The results showed that the diploid chromosome number of Hamibarbus maculatues was 50.Its karyotype was as follow:16m+14sm+16st+4t,NF=80.The difference of sexual chromosomes was not observed.更多还原
