【Abstract】 In view of the medium blockage problem in high gradient high magnetic separator for recovering fine particles in the new project of JiuSteel Concentrator, a patented technology of water-gas mixed flushing is used.Industrial single kind of medium and integral unit tests indicate that the adoption of this technology can greatly improve the flushing rate, effectively prevent the medium from blockage and meantime evidently improve the metallurgical performance.The industrial test shows that this new type SSS high gradient magnetic separator can improve the concentrate yield by 12.85% and recovery by16.81%.更多还原
