【Abstract】 In this article, a telephone outbound system developed on the Microsoft VC++ 6.0 for modern management was introduced. Then, several solutions for the system’s main functions, software designs, module partitions and some key technologies were given. Compared with the existing telephone outbound systems, this system is cheaper, more efficient and easier to spread. It has higher practical value, which has been proved by trial application.更多还原
