【Abstract】 The paper describes the research on the quality evaluation of the foreign scitech document resources of the National Science and Technology Library(NSTL).It puts forward a draft evaluation index framework of foreign scitech document resources that consists of three parts including usage status,academic levels and user needs.A test of the evaluation of the resources in agriculture has been made and got a satisfied result.更多还原
