农用机动车桩考场地调整自动控制系统

【摘要】 针对农用机动车桩考场地需要根据考车实时调整的实际问题,研制了桩考场地变库自动控制系统,采用JunGoPCI-7502 I/O卡的并行通讯性能,实现了PC机监控多台电机的运行,与机电一体化的硬件设施集成后,可以灵活地改变考场尺寸,自动调整桩考红外线检测器和碰杆报警装备的位置,提高了昂贵的电脑监考场地设施的利用率,系统运行稳定,精度符合设计要求和技术规定。

【Abstract】 Automatic controlling system for changing carbarn size was developed to address practical requirements in farming vehicle stake-examination.The system takes the advantage of the parallel communication capacity of JunGo PCI-7502 I/O card,so that personal computer can monitor the running of multiple motors.When integrated with related hardware facilities,the system can flexibly change carbarn size and automatically adjust the position of infrared detector and stake pole-touching alarming devices,as a result,promoting utilization of expensive computer-monitoring facilities.The system ran stably and its accuracy met design requirements and technical specifications.
