【摘要】 根据国内企业信息管理的现状和问题,提出了信息质量成熟度模型。该模型从人力资源对象、信息资源对象、企业活动对象、评价指标对象4个视角,将信息质量成熟度分为初始级、基本级、可重复级、定量管理级和优化级,并系统分析了每个等级下的信息管理关键活动。最后,结合国内某企业信息管理现状对信息质量成熟度进行了等级确定,为进一步改善信息质量,提高管理水平,提供了决策依据和操作目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 To deal with problems in information management of domestic enterprises,Information Quality Maturity Model(IQMM) was put forward.According to this model,information quality maturity was divided into initial level,basic level,repeatable level,quantitative management level and optimization level via four angels,i.e.human resources object,information resources object,enterprise activities object and evaluation parameters object.The key information management activities under each level were analyzed systematically.Finally,information quality maturity level was defined by combining present situation information management of a domestic enterprise.It was indicated that the model was helpful for improving information quality and management level,and also provided decision-making basis and operation goals.更多还原
