【摘要】 为识别业务过程中的集成点,并确定其优先级,将集成点分为活动集成点、过程集成点和数据集成点3类,针对活动集成点和过程集成点,提出了一种基于时间成本的集成点识别方法。该方法在借鉴基于活动的成本计算方法的基础上,将数据源数量和数据量定义为时间成本动因,计算各个活动的时间成本,将活动的信息准备时间成本作为识别集成点,并确定其优先级的指标。为了直观地表示活动的时间成本,应用时间价值链模型建立业务过程的活动时间成本模型,该方法可定量化地识别集成点及其优先级,实践证明是一种有效的识别方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To identify integration point and define its priority,the integration points were classified into activity integration point,process integration point and data integration point.Then an identification method of integration points based on time cost was presented to identify the activity integration point and process integration point.In this method,the Activity-Based Costing(ABC) was applied,then the data source number and data amount were defined as the time cost driver,which were used to allocate and calculate the time cost of activity,and the time cost of activity information preparing was defined as the index to identify the integration point and determine its priority.To intuitively represent the time cost of activity,the time value chain model was applied to construct the time cost model of activity.The presented method could identify the integration point and its priority quantitatively,and was proved to be effective.更多还原
