【摘要】 采用面向对象的设计思想,以版本管理机制为基础,融入全生命周期管理的思想,扩展并划分产品结构的传统功能,形成零部件子系统,包括零部件管理、产品结构管理和配置管理3大模块,并详细阐述了每个模块的工作原理和设计思想。该设计保留了现有经典的设计思想,结合中国制造企业的实际应用,系统地归纳了配置管理模块中视图、基准线和有效性3种信息化实现。目前,该设计方法已经通过Phosphor/cPDM软件得到了广泛的应用。

【Abstract】 According to the ideas of Collaborative Product Data Management(CPDM),a modified method was proposed to design product structure of traditional PDM.It adopted the object-oriented design ideas.Based on the version management mechanism,the overall lifecycle management was adopted,and the traditional functions of product structure were extended and divided into part sub-systems,including three modules as part management,product structure management,and configuration management.The working principles and design ideas for each module were discussed in detail.The classical and mature design ideas in traditional PDM were preserved,and with the actual application of the Chinese manufacturers,three types of the configuration management of view,datum line and effectiveness were summarized.Finally,this design method was successfully applied in Phosphor/cPDM software.
