【Abstract】 This thesis describes the trade association’s present situations in our country.Then on the basis of the Principal-Agent relation,this thesis analyzes some problems,such as that the trade association’s function and status are not clear,its right and responsibility are asymmetrical,the moral risk and adverse selection appears,the long principal-association chain reduces the efficiency in surveillance and so on.Therefore,this thesis proposes the corresponding suggestion from the angle of the trade association,the government and the enterprise.We hope that it could contribute to the development of the trade association in our country.更多还原
