基于公理化设计矩阵与设计结构矩阵同步演化的产品设计

【摘要】 基于公理化设计与设计结构矩阵具有互补性这一特点,提出了公理化设计矩阵与设计结构矩阵同步演化的设计思想.讨论了如何通过公理化设计矩阵与设计结构矩阵的同步演化来实现产品创新设计中的发散与收敛思维,即通过公理化设计矩阵进行功能需求的发散性求解,基于设计结构矩阵进行收敛行评价.最后通过轧纸机构设计实例,具体阐述了公理化设计矩阵与设计结构矩阵同步演化过程.

【Abstract】 Because of the obvious complementarity of axiomatic design (AD) and design structure matrix (DSM), it is considered that axiomatic design matrix (DM) and DSM can co-evolve step-by-step during the product design process, which can lead to an ideal integration of AD and DSM. In this paper, how to implement the divergentconvergent design process using the co-evolution of DM and DSM is investigated, including the divergent functional requirements solving based on DM and the convergent solution evaluation based on DSM. Taking a paper-smoothing machine as a design case study, the co-evolution of DM and DSM is described in detail.
