【Abstract】 Design is a knowledge-intensive process.Considering the features of ripple down rules(RDR)method,this paper proposes and analyzes a framework for RDR-based design knowledge management system(RDR_DKMS).The functions of the system are analyzed.An example is given to describe the application of the RDR_DKMS.The proposed framework and the critical functions can assist enterprises to build their design knowledge management systems more easily.更多还原
