【Abstract】 Regional development of society & economy and regional talent’s gathering power have closed relation.This paper uses the method of factor analysis and method of hierarchical clustering analysis in multistatistics to design an index of regional talent’s gathering power,based on correlative data in Chinese statistics yearbook(2005),and analyses practically regional talent’s gathering power of 30 provinces or cities in China,and then provides some policy advices to enhance regional talent’s gathering power.更多还原
