低温Cu-Al-Mn形状记忆合金弹簧性能的研究
Research on Properties of Spring Made of Cu-Al-Mn Alloy with Shape Memory Effect at Low Temperature
【摘要】 本文利用自制合金相变点测量装置、低温形变量测量装置以及测量低温电阻、扫描电镜、硬度测量等方法对低温Cu-Al-Mn形状记忆合金弹簧的形状记忆性能进行了研究,发现均匀化热处理、室温时效、约束训练都能有效地提高该弹簧的低温形状记忆性能。合金的相变点对材料的成分非常敏感,增加1%(质量)Al和2%(质量)Mn会使合金的马氏体相变温度降低170K左右。
【Abstract】 The properties of a new type of spring made of Cu-Al-Mn shape memory alloy at low temperature is investigated by the device designed to measure the Ms temperature of the spring,the device designed to measure the shape memory effect of the spring at low temperature,SEM and so on.The result shows that homogenizing heat treatment,ageing at room temperature and restrained training can improve the shape memory effect of the spring.The Ms temperature of the alloy is very sensitive to the composition and the addition of 1wt%Al and 2wt%Mn to the Cu-Al-Mn alloy can decrease the Ms temperature about 170K.
