A356铝合金显微结构及拉伸断口分析
Analysis of The Microstructure and Tensile Fractographs of A356 Alloy
【摘要】 本文对A356铝合金进行了金相及场发射扫描电镜试验,对分布在初生α-Al基体上的共晶硅相、富铁相及气孔等进行了观察,分析了它们的分布特征、形貌及影响;用扫描电镜观察铝合金的拉伸断口形貌,表明其断裂是以脆性断裂为主的混合断裂,并研究了其断裂过程及机理。
【Abstract】 The eutectic silicon phase、Fe-rich particles and shrinkage defect distributed in the primary α-Al phase were observed by test methods such as the optical metallographic microscope and FE-SEM.The characteristic of microstructure has been analysed.The tensile fracture surface was also observed by SEM.The fracture surface shows the mixed-rupture characteristics of quasi-cleavage and dimple. The fracture process and mechanism was investigated.
