块体各向异性纳米复合永磁材料的制备
The Fabrication Techniques For Bulk Anisotropic Composite Permanent Magnets
【摘要】 本文利用放电等离子烧结技术和超高压-热变形技术制备Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe块体各向异性纳米复合永磁材料,并对永磁体的密度,微结构,磁性能进行了分析与表征,在此基础上评述了两种制备技术的特点。
【Abstract】 The Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe bulk anisotropic composite permanent magnets were prepared by the process of spark plasma sintering(SPS) and ultra-high pressure compaction /hot deformation respectively.The density,microstructure and magnetic properties of permanent magnets have been examined.Furthermore,the characteristics of the two fabrication techniques are evaluated.
