【摘要】 介绍了在母联开关或分段开关设置一套独立保护装置的必要性,阐述了该独立保护装置的常见配置方案,即配置了一套完整的线路保护或配置了由1段短充电保护和2段长充电保护构成的长充电保护,分析了后加速保护与短充电保护和电流保护与长充电保护原理,提出了母联(分段)开关保护的运行策略和整定策略,这些运行策略和整定策略通过实践证明是有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the necessity to set an unattached relay protection equipment for bus coupling or subsection breaker and expatiates the general project of this unattached relay protection equipment,viz.configuring a set of integrated bus-protection or a set of charging-protection made up of a section of short time charging-protection and two section of long time charging-protection.The paper also analyses the principle of after-speedup protection adding short time charging-protection and current protection adding long time charging-protection.According to above analysis,the fixing and running policy is presented,which is proven to be effective in practice.更多还原
