烧结温度对La0.9Sr0.1MnO3/Fe2O3体系结构和磁性的影响

【摘要】 采用软化学方法制备了纳米材料La0.9Sr0.1MnO3和软磁材料γ-Fe2O3,并将两者按不同比例进行复合,而后在不同温度下对其进行烧结,分别用扫描电子显微镜和X射线技术观察了样品的形貌特征和相结构,并用振动样品磁强计对烧结后的样品磁性进行测量。结果表明,经高温烧结后的复合体系,组成物质间没有发生反应,仍以各自相独立存在;复合体系剩磁Br及饱和磁化强度随烧结温度的升高而增加。烧结温度对样品晶粒和尺寸的影响是导致矫顽力Hc的变化的直接原因。

【Abstract】 Nano powders La0.9Sr0.1MnO3 and soft-ferrite γ-Fe2O3 were prepared using soft-chemistry method,and γ-Fe2O3 was doped in La0.9Sr0.1MnO3 with different ratio,then the mixture was sintered under different temperature.The samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The results show that La0.9Sr0.1MnO3 and Fe2O3 powders keep in their structure and ingredient respectively after sintering at high temperature,and no new phase is observed.The residual magnetization and specific saturation magnetization of the composite system increases with increasing temperature.The influence of the sinter temperature on the grain size of the sample is the direct reason which leads the change of coercivity.
