纳米WC粉氢处理脱除游离碳的研究

【摘要】 将高碳含量的纳米WC粉末在氢气流中进行热处理脱除游离碳,研究处理温度、保温时间和H2流量等工艺参数对WC粉碳含量及粒度的影响。结果表明,在温度为940℃,H2流量为3.5L/min,保温时间为100min的工艺条件下,可以将碳含量由9.74%降低至6.20%,处理后纳米WC颗粒无明显长大。当处理温度高于970℃会导致WC化合碳损失而生成W2C相,并造成WC颗粒长大。

【Abstract】 Nanosized WC powders with high carbon content were treated in flowing H2 atmosphere to remove the uncombined carbon.The effect of processing temperature,holding time,and flux of H2 on carbon content and particle size of decarburized powders were investigated.The results indicate that the carbon content decreases from 9.74% to 6.20% after treating at 940℃ for 100 min in H2 with the flux of 3.5 L/min.Notable particle growth does not happen at the temperature.Treating at temperature higher than 970℃ causes loss of combined carbon and formation of W2C phase.Moreover,high temperature also cause particle growth of WC.
