【摘要】 目的探讨介入治疗骨盆骨肿瘤的价值。方法分析14例行介入性化疗栓塞的骨盆骨肿瘤资料。结果14例骨盆骨肿瘤均成功实施1～3次介入性化疗栓塞,肿瘤缩小,症状缓解,提高了患者的生存质量,无严重并发症。介入治疗可增加手术切除的安全性,显著减少术中出血。结论介入性化疗栓塞是骨盆骨肿瘤有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the value of interventional management for pelvic bone tumor.Methods The data of fourteen patients received interventional therapy because of pelvic bone tumor were analysed.Results All cases were succeeded by one to three times to achieve satisfactory outcomes of interventional chemoembolization,with shrinkage of tumor size,release of the symptom and improvement of life quality and without severe complication.Furthermore the interventional treatment increased the safety of surgical resection and decreased the bleeding of the surgical operation.Conclusion Interventional chemoembolization is an effective method for treating pelvic bone tumor.(J Intervent Radiol,2007,16:232-234)更多还原
