【摘要】 目的:为颞下间隙疾病的影像诊断提供断层解剖学资料。方法:选用成尸头颈部制成横、矢、冠状连续断面,观察颞下间隙及邻近结构的解剖学关系,利用游标卡尺及求积仪分别测量其径线和面积。结果:颞下间隙的断面呈不规则形,两侧颞下间隙及邻近结构呈对称性,长径、横径和面积均无显著性差异。横断面上自茎突至翼突内侧板后缘或翼突外侧板前缘的连线,冠状面上自翼内肌上缘至卵圆孔内侧壁的连线均可区分颞下间隙与咽旁间隙。结论:颞下间隙的三维断层解剖对疾病的影像诊断具有重要意义。翼外肌、茎突、翼突及其内、外侧板是CT等影像诊断的重要解剖学标志。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To provide anatomical data for imaging diagnosis of the infratemporal space diseases. Methods: The heads and necks of 60 adult cadavers were cut into transverse, sagittal and coronal sequence section. Infratemporal space and its adjacent structure were observed and its diameter and area were measured with vernier caliper and planimeter.Results: The shape of the infratemporal space was irregular. Infratemporal space and its adjacent structure was symmetrical on both sides. There were no significant differences in length, width and area. The infratemporal space and parapharyngeal space were divided by the line from the styloid process to posterior margin of medial or anterior margin of lateral pterygoid plate on transverse, and from superior margin of the medial pterygoid muscle to medial wall of the foramen ovale on coronal section. Conclusion: Three-dimensional sectional anatomy of the infratemporal space has important clinical significance for imaging diagnosis. The lateral pterygoid muscle, styloid process, pterygoid process and its medial and lateral pterygoid plate are important anatomical marks for imaging diagnosis.更多还原
